So for the past month or so we are having a problem with young children playing out in their garden very late in the day. Last night was the worst at 11.30pm they finally went inside. Whilst out in the garden all they do is shout and scream they are 5 houses along from us and the noise is a joke. Luckily my baby has moved into his own room recently at the front of the house so he isn’t disturbed but I still think it’s unreasonable to be making that amount of noise so late in the day. Average day they are out from after school until around 9pm doesn’t matter if it is a Monday or a Friday. No sign of the parents and to add to this a dog which they leave out barking late at night aswell. I know there are noise restrictions but not sure how it works with children inside their own home? Now dreading the summer holidays to have to put up with listening to it. Sometimes during the day if the baby is asleep I have to shut windows to keep it quiet for him.
