To want BT Broadband on Completion Day? Moving Service?

Has anyone used the moving service from BT where you can give them a few weeks warning to end it at the old place and start at the new, using their moving service?

Any search just shows horror stories but nothing after 2016

Yep - pre booked it all only to find telephone number I had been given and used on my change of address cards had been allocated elsewhere. It then took them 3 weeks to get a landline and 8 weeks to do broadband. Complete nightmare - had to escalate complaints to the top.

We have with no problems. Advised BT of the move a few weeks in advance and given new phone number. Landline and broadband were both active when plugged in on moving day. This was in June 2016.
