windchimes vs squeaky dog toy

I have a set of garden wind chimes which were a gift a while back but I've never used them for I know they can irritate the hell out of neighbours. Now our immediate neighbours have bought their dog a squeaky toy which she is running around the garden with repeatedly making it squeak.

AIBU to now put up the wind chimes? All's fair in love and garden noise?

Sounds fair to me, but then I like wind chimes.
Though if your neighbours dog is anything like mine, the squeak won’t last much longer. My dog destroys them frighteningly quickly!
