We have to be careful not to undermine #metoo, but I do understand how it could be seen to introduce uncertainty if you are at all concerned about how you behave, because I've seen things mentioned that I have had done to me and not considered sexual harrassment at all, even some I would possibly do myself if I was brave enough (I still remember that time I failed to "lunge for the kiss").

Henry Cavill's comments are coming from a place I don't understand, though.
