So fed up of fly tipping

I've just got off the phone with the local council to yet again report fly tipping and I feel so angry and upset. I am sick of the dirty people I live amongst. I am sick of the piles and piles of rubbish that is constantly being left opposite mine and neighbours' houses in our backstreet. I am sick of seeing rats as a result of all the rubbish.

This morning was our bin collection day. It wasn't emptied because some selfish cunt decided to place their old toilet in it. I nearly vomited when I checked because it smelled so bad. I woke up feeling ill today and really didn't need this.

I have an idea of who it is but have no actual evidence. A lady has been seen by DH and a neighbour dumping rubbish in the past. A few months ago someone dumped rubbish in my bin too, the council refused to take it so I had to take out the bags myself. But I will NOT touch this toilet.

AIBU to put a sign up on the entrance door of the building where I suspect the fly tippers live. There are about 5 flats so it's not really targeting one person. Sign reading 'Please stop fly tipping. it is an offence and anyone caught WILL be reported'.

I agree. We had some chemical barrels dumped near us recently.

It also was the bane of my dad’s life when he was the chairman of a scout group.
He would sift through to find a letter, envelope or bill do he could identify the homeowner who had dumped their diy rubbish.

Often it was a builder someone had employed and the homeowner had put some rubbish in the bags as the builder ‘was taking to the dump’ and it saved them a trip.
Got a few horrified people that dropped their builder in it.
