To think this is harassment at this point?

Decided to sell my property a year ago. The first estate agent that came to do the valuation literally bombarded me with constant phone calls to see if I made a decision to go with them.

I rang the office and explained that this had put me off and to please not contact me.

Fast forward a year later and I didn’t sell it in the end and they’ve started calling me again!

Can you block the number? If so block it, depending on the number of calls it could be classed as harassment. Just say you are going to sell it but are going to choose another estate agent after all the calls and harassment of this company !

It’s juer mad. I took it off the market a year ago!

I would go to the Top of the Tree with the Estate Agents say you want to make a Formal complaint against them and hopefully they will take this onboard and leave you alone , this in not on and not good practise . Hope you find a really good one when you are ready to go back on the Market dont be put off they are not all like that .

Ask them to remove your details from their records and not contact you again (again). Make it clear your decision is final and that failure on their part to delete your records will result in legal action.

This might be completely obvious but have you actually told them to STOP contacting you and take your details off their books?
