My MIL is visiting.
She's a nice person, but sometimes I feel like I stole her favourite child.
My DH used to spoil her a lot financially. My DH did not have any savings to his name, despite having been highly-paid for most of his working life because he spoiled her and his siblings.
When my DH and I got married (after almost 10 years of dating!), it stopped. She hasn't shown me anything blatantly bad, she can actually be very sweet, but sometimes she's passive aggressive.
I need a sounding board/outlet for the next two weeks.
