Paddling pools non parenting

Is it just me or are they a hotbed of non parenting? Visit yesterday ruined by large kids sending small ones flying and general obnoxious behaviour all round, and parents completely oblivious / on phones. Rant over

Are you talking about the public, outdoor paddling pools?

Not hovering over your child all the time isn't non parenting.

But being oblivious to your child’s poor behaviour is.

This does annoy me. If they are old enough not to need supervision near water they are old enough to understand they need to be carefull around small children sharing their space.
