to think ASOS might not refund me?

Bought a lovely maternity shirt from ASOS. Went to put it on this morning and the seam at the back looked ripped (I think the stitching had just come apart) and there is a small orange stain on the front. Labels all still intact and attached and hasn't been worn (or even tried on for that matter) by myself.

Slightly nervous that if I send it back they will accuse me of having caused these faults. Not sure why they are sending out clothes that have been worn and are damaged (it was in the sale however).

Do you think they are likely to refund me?

Yes just tell them that is how it was received. They have a live chat service that you can get an instant answer from!

Asos are usually great at returns.

@Amanduh that's good to hear. I've ordered so much maternity stuff from them in the sale and it's all been great apart from this one thing! Never had to send anything back before and had a nightmare with boohoo!

ASOS will refund without question. I've received stuff that's clearly been worn. I've even had it ordering labelled stuff from Next.

Just say the item has clearly been worn before.
