To be fed up with O2. “Phone mast down”. Day 3 with no signal

I realise this is a totally first world problem, but I work hard to pay for my contract and my DCs’ phones. They are 13 and 15 and walk to/from school alone so I am comforted by the fact they have a phone. Plus if my 82 year old mum wants to get hold of me she can 24/7- WHEN THE PHONE MAST IS WORKING Angry

Basically I like and need my phone!

3 contracts cost me a fortune each month.

Since Saturday the O2 website has said “Sorry a phone mast close to you isn’t working”. Day 3 and I’m getting fed up so I just had an online chat but they’re unable to tell me how long it’ll take it fix.

In my industry if we withdrew our services from customers for 3 days there would be a riot!

Rant over. Thanks for listening!

So they know and are working to fix it, I don't really know what else you expect. They don't want things like this happening.
Once it is fixed you can ask for compensation. Your contract probably has a clause stating that services are not fault free.

I get the frustration but they don't drag out repairs.
