Dd was sick a few times on Saturday night she’s fine now but hasn’t been 48hrs. We are staying in a caravan for 4 days and driving up ( 2 hrs) Aibu to still go?

Of course you should go.

Definitely still go- your holiday won't be making anyone else ill. Ds had a tummy bug but we still went on holiday as it was driving to a cottage so not infecting anyone else. Have fun!
