To cut those stupid little bows off my pants

Seriously, I'm not 4 years old. I don't want teeny bows on my clothes.

I just don't understand why they put them there in the first place. Does anyone actually like them?

Aren't they supposed to be there so you can see which is the front.

Although, as you say, you're not 4 years old so can probably work out which is the front and back for yourself.

This thread has inspired me to cut some really annoying bows off my favourite bras (the bows are on the straps and stick out under sleeveless tops). Thanks OP!

I don’t cut them off of mine because I cba. I do cut them off of my youngest dd’s underwear though. She’s hated the bows since she was tiny and refuses to wear anything with a bow on it.

I mainly wear hipster boy short type pants, that are the same both sides other than the bow, so they do help me not to put them on backwards 🙈

My pants have labels in them so I can work out front and back - no need for fucking bows.

On another thread, (about a little one coming out of P.E. improperly dressed) I have already admitted to being hopeless in the mornings, and (pathetic I know) the bow helps. Why not the label at the back? Well, that is on the inside and irritates just below the small of the back - so it does get removed. By all means take the bows off if they bother you

I have lots of those multi pack pants that don’t have bows. Get ‘em out in the shop and check before buying!

i was sitting here thinking pants with bows??? took me a while to realize it wasn't pants like trousers ... some brands do very sensible styles that dont have little bows... my normal day to day kind are from a NZ company Bendon, they have some plain cotton types styles that dont have any embellishments on them in awesome colours

When I'm half asleep and getting dressed for work in the early morning , I do rely somewhat on the little bows to get my knickers on the right way around. I didn't realise how much I relied on them, until I bought a defective pack recently that has bows stuck on front AND back. Bloody annoying.

There weren't any! I was in Morrisons and just wanted bog standard, no frills (literally!) pants and the choice was between black, white, nude, etc. with bows, no bows but horrible twee patterns, thongs or giant bloomer granny pants things.
