Basically why are some TAATs deleted while others are allowed run to hundreds of posts (eg the fabulous thread about funniest things on mn)?

What are the criteria that are applied to TAATs when deciding if they should be deleted or allowed to remain?

If it contains attacks/insults about the OP, or any posters.

If it should have been a point addressed om the thread.

If it's to criticise, or pick apart, the thread in any way.
