AIBU to hate Birmingham Hybrid buses?

Anyone else think the new buses are much less comfortable, the seating downstairs is weird, there are not enough windows and the ride is terrible and juddery. Yes, they are supposedly green but if their sheer awfulness makes people take to their cars then clearly this will not work.

Don't know about Brum but they've just put one on our local route and it's causing fucking chaos. Old bus was slightly thinner and could make some tight turns through the housing estate fine - new eco-wank bus is slightly wider and keeps getting stuck on these turns and causing bloody traffic chaos while the driver (it's one particular one) tries to do a 9585-point turn 1mm at a time.

The seating downstairs is really weird I went on one for the first time the other day from cannon hill and was under the impression they were older buses, not new? They’re really grubby already if that’s the case!

The seating downstairs is really weird in that there are lots of backwards and sideways facing things. There is a seat you cannot even get out of at the back because of where they have put the pole.
