Recently dh and I have not been getting along very well. His best friend of many years has made a pass at me. After a night out with husbands best friend and wife the slippery toad made a blatantly sexual pass at me while we were in the kitchen. His wife was in the loo and my dh was in the next room. I haven't said anything and I don't know why, maybe because my husband would be devastated as would my friend. I still can't believe that my husbands best friend would do this.
I am disgusted. However, toady knows that things have not been good lately and I suspect that he thought he could take advantage of the situation.
I have heard of this sort of thing before from a friend whose dh was very poorly and an acquaintance of her dh started to visit unexpectedly while dh was in the hospital.
Another friend whose young daughter told her little friend at school that her parents were getting divorced started to get phone calls and texts from the other girl's father. The child had obviously told her parents about the divorce.
It's almost like the men can smell weakness and are opportunistic.
Has this happened to anyone else?
The strange thing is that since it happened I have appreciated my dh more. He may be annoying but at least he isnt sleazy
