AIBU to wish the saints would go indoors!

One of my neighbours (the noisy family) is playing (and I use the term very loosely given that it's soooooo slow, like a funeral march) Oh When The Saints Go Marching In. Only they're not playing it indoors but outdoors (or so close to an open door / window that it has the same effect) so that we all have to suffer. It's boiling hot, we can't get away from it indoors because we want windows open (I'm indoors at the front of the house and can hear every slow drawn-out note), and I'm sick of these damn neighbours not giving a toss about anyone else. It's either this, or the kids screaming, or the parents shouting because they're too lazy to walk over to the person they're communicating with, or they're having a party outside with loud music for hours. AIBU to want them to shut up and give us a rest?! Angry

There is someone learning that on the trumpet a stone throws away from us...I’ve been bloody humming it for days now. Ddog does not like it either!

I've got someone learning the trumpet near me too, but it pales into insignificance beside the nursery over the road who have clearly put out a load of pots and pans for their charges to bang on to their little hearts content. The racket then sets my dog off, and I'm left to chose between closing the windows and having the lounge get hotter than hell, or putting up with the banging 'n barking combo Angry.
