One of my neighbours (the noisy family) is playing (and I use the term very loosely given that it's soooooo slow, like a funeral march) Oh When The Saints Go Marching In. Only they're not playing it indoors but outdoors (or so close to an open door / window that it has the same effect) so that we all have to suffer. It's boiling hot, we can't get away from it indoors because we want windows open (I'm indoors at the front of the house and can hear every slow drawn-out note), and I'm sick of these damn neighbours not giving a toss about anyone else. It's either this, or the kids screaming, or the parents shouting because they're too lazy to walk over to the person they're communicating with, or they're having a party outside with loud music for hours. AIBU to want them to shut up and give us a rest?!
