Neighbour and bins...

We have lived in our house coming up 7 years or next door neighbours have lived there for about 18 years, over the years she and her late husband have been rude and sometimes abusive. Our houses are staggered so her kitchen window is set back, she has her wheelie bins sat under her window. There is a two foot garden wall separating our front gardens that runs to the corner of our house...last we she told me to move my fucking wheelie bin because she didn't want to look at it from her window(She would have to be able to see round corners) because it was on her property(there's a fucking wall inbetween) I refused as we have no where else to move them to...also she has a pond in the back that has not worked got years and is now full of green stagnant water!! Aibu not to move my bins?

Eh? If they’re on your property you can put the bins wherever you damn well please. She sounds batshit.

Am confused by mention of pond...?

Booie09 · 04/07/2018 11:25

maelstrop Sorry I mentioned her pond because she's saying she doesn't like to look at them because they are a eyesore....as is her stagnant pond!!

She could just put a fence on her side so she won't be able to see your bins.
