To ask people to stop using quotation marks in thread titles

It takes me an extra 5 seconds to work out the title and frankly that's not on as I like scanning through them very quickly.

But seriously, everyone must know by now that quotations don't work?

I have nothing else to worry about in my life clearly

There's only two at the moment, and I don't have trouble trying to work out what they say.

I can read them easily enough

YANBU. I thought it was just a glitch with my phone but clearly not.

And the & symbol! I thought it was just my phone that did this!
