to ask for help re: Bluewater cinema

Going this week to an afternoon showing of a film with DPs and want to know whether the film starts at the time stated on the ticket or whether there are ads. etc. then the film starts later. Does anyone know this cinema well, please?

That's the time of doors opening, you'll have a good 20 minutes of ads.
