It's that time again.... due on in a couple of days. My mood is getting lower, my motivation is disappearing, my sleep is disturbed(plus the heat doesn't help)
Hate my job, children being extra hard work and the house suddenly feels a totally unorganised.
Aibu to feel like it's so unfair that we have to go through this every month.
Having a real feeling sorry for myself moment 😩😩😩

Have a cream bun and some gin, cry for two hours then watch something hysterically funny on TV. If anyone asks what the matter is, throw your shoe at them.

But it's just annoying that that's the feeling for a whole week if not more every month. Does everyone get like that?

Totally - only I think I am menopausal. I used to be sane and normal and have always been lucky with light and regualr periods.

But in the last 18 months they have got more erratic and I now feel like I am losing the plot every time I get one.

I am currently sitting in my office (alone) contemplating whether I could get away with having a nap. I am constantly craving junk food and I am either full of rage or on the verge of tears most of the time!

It sucks!
