Visited a salon this weekend I usually go to however different girl to usual. Really good salon so trusted her. Asked for baylage what I usually have and left looking like Justin timberlake in the year 2001. Called as I wasn’t happy and went back, she’s tried to sort it (free of charge) but I left the salon with damp hair as she didn’t have time to dry. Have dried it at home and it’s soooo patchy and streaky. Not what I’ve asked for at all. This has cost me £120, I called and asked to speak to a supervisor as I feel so awkward speaking to her again, she was clearly pissed off when trying to sort it today. (I’m quiet a anxious person so for me to even ring the first time was a big thing) supervisor isn’t in tomorrow. I just want at least a partial refund so I can go elsewhere to get it fixed, what can I say to them without sounding like an absolute bitch? £120 is a lot of money to me and I feel I’ve gone back for them to try and sort it but it’s even worse Blush

I would say it’s not what you asked for and it’s not how it normally looks. I would tell them you’re disappointed and that it’s streaky.

However, I can’t imagine they’ll offer a refund unless you ask. They’ll probably attempt to sort it themselves. Would you be happy with that?

I really don’t want them to sort it as she’s tried today and made it even worse! Sad

Maybe the girl you usually have could sort it?

Doesn’t work there anymore. I’m trying to think of the politest way of saying I want my money back
