We've recently moved to a 1st floor flat. We don't know our downstairs neighbours but they are regularly smoking tobacvo/shisha out the front of their window and it bliws straight up and into our balcony door/kitchen window. In this heat we need to keep the windows open but the smell today is making me sick and my dd and I are sitting inside sweltering. I have had run-ins with neighbours in the past and I don't want to create bad feeling as we will be here for at least a year....but how can I get them to stop, or even to smoke less often, without rubbing them up the wrong way? They seem to be at home all day long!
