AIBU to raise this with the nursery?

PFB DS (1) has just finished his third settling in session at nursery and apart from some tears all has gone well... all except for one little thing, when I went to collect him on Friday afternoon I noticed the nursery was exceptionally warm, at least 3 or 4 degrees warmer than outside, at a guess I’d say 28 deg. All the children (except DS) were stripped down to nappies and the staff were visibly sweating.
I expressed my concern to the room leader and she agreed it was very hot and said the windows didn’t open fully due to safety but she thought they might be getting a fan.

I don’t want to be labelled as difficult but the thought of him sleeping and playing in such a hot space is really freaking me out (all the babies were flushed) so WIBU to contact the nursery manager about this before DS has even been there for one full day?

Not unreasonable at all, I can probably guess correctly (ime) that a parent making the suggestion will make the fan happen much faster than if it's the staff suggesting it.

Thank you, it’s my first time dealing with a nursery and it’s difficult to know what’s reasonable and what’s not!

No problem :) if you want, let me know how you get on with the request and if you don't get the response you are looking for I may be able to help again.
