bil was visiting from usa, fil in law lives in one of his apartments but has renovated all bil properties over the years for no pay, he also paid for bils education, he is 76. dh gave bil $500 dollars to give to his dad, bil said "i will take this towards his rent". shouldnt it be fil disision on what to do with cash. bil is on huge amounts of cash and is planning to retire at 55, it doesnt seem fair.
