Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the man who stopped and spent ten minutes fixing my Mum’s wheelchair this afternoon.

I was taking her to the hairdressers for a much needed haircut but the bolt had come off one of the wheels and she was on the verge of crying cos her mental health is very fragile. The gentleman went into various shops to borrow tools to get the bolt back on.

This guy will never know how much we appreciated his help.

Ah....lovely! I do love things like this happening. I hope your Mum was cheered up a bit too. How is she feeling now?

That’s wonderful - what a lovely chap.
Nowhere near in the same league, but yesterday I fastened up the unzipped dress of the pharmacist who was wandering around blissfully unaware that she hadn’t quite finishing dressing herself that morning. It was flapping open from bra strap upwards! (I did quietly alert her and ask if she would like me to zip it up for her, before I did it!)

Thanks for asking AjasLipstick.

She’s very pleased with her haircut, it’s quite difficult to get her out so it was a relief to get it done.
