I have been trying to cancel a £5.99 subscription for XBox all morning. I have located the email address but when I enter it to sign in it clicks through to another email address or if I manage for it to stay on the email address it just says that email does not exist.
Have had 3 people from live chat trying to sort it.
In the end the 3rd person tracked the account down and has cancelled everything from their end...Hopefully...
It took me this time 2 hours for it to be cancelled. This wasn't the first time I have tried.
AIBU but surely their is an easier way
