Did a sweepstake at work for the football.

Score ended up being 1-0 Belgium.

Staff all predicted a score as below

A - 4-2 Belgium
B - 3-2 England
C- 2-0 England
D- 2-2
E - 3-1 Belgium

I'd agree with a roll over but if you have to pick one then E.

B&C have the wrong winning team and D has a draw so none are right.

A & E have the correct winning team so it is between them and E is closest on goals.

E is closest. They had the right winning team and were 3 goals away from the right score. A was 5 goals away from the right score.

(2 x 0 is still 0 btw so the ratio argument doesn’t work).
