My friend has recently separated from her husband. He has left the family home which is rented and is now renting his own place. They have two children together who are staying with their mum.
He is refusing to give back his key to the family home as he says he is still named on the lease but is not financially contributing now. Any ideas on the legal situation here? My friend does not want him coming round unannounced
