to think they should look after their dog

the couple down the road are annoying me. the have a little old dog. who keeps taking it self for walks.
one time it even got on dd's school bus! I went to tell them and the man couldn't even come and get it just called it...
today once again there it is about to cross the road. so i stopped it tried to get it to go home...it just looked at me so ds stood with it and I went to tell her. she reckons it is senile(aww)
my point is they have acat flap in their front door and this is how the dog gets out. why don't they just block it off?

are they trying to "lose" it maybe?

don't think so as the woman is really nice and can't imagine that.

mine used to run out of the door at every opportunity.

yes it is a jack russel. i think it might be attention seeking. new husband and new baby in house. plus teen now out all the time.

i dont know about attention seeking... mine used to run out and chase neighbours cats... she woudl still, given the chance,.. but is too old
