Neighbours moved in a year ago.Half way through school holidays advert for childminding on her car. All the properties in the estate have Deed of Conditions that include clause on no business to be run from properties. Return of kids to school and cm had customers mainly after school with a couple of preschool. During day not really an issue but after school screaming and yelling from half a dozen kids (one of ch) is becoming a nuisance. Do t want to sit in garden as it is just such a distraction. Bouncing on trampoline near my fence. My real worry is with impending long school holiday I will be subject to this racket morning until 6-7 pm.Feel as if my home has been invaded and that I want to contact registering body for childminders and give them a copy of the Conditions - the are legal and covered by a 2003 Act hoping they will address problem. I don't really want to stop the child minder only to have less noise and not all day long.
