Neighbours new extension

My neighbour has just built a new double storey side extension and single storey rear extension, looks hideous but each to their own.
AIBU to think that when building an extension to at least try to match your windows? Old part of the house has clear pane white upvc windows, side extension has criss cross pane white upvc windows, rear extension has dark grey clear pane patio doors and clear white pane upvc windows. Am I the only one that finds this annoying and just plain odd?

Maybe they are planning on getting new Windows everywhere when they can afford it?

Check the plans online, it should be part of the detail. Maybe they plan to replace existing windows?

They would have needed planning permission so it would set out what type/style of windows they would have.

You all know how crap the app is, said first attempt was unsuccessful so attempted again. Asked for tye other to be removed.

Neighbours concerns are now that the owner intended on building the extension as a separate property given the different appearances.

I guess some people just maintaining the beauty of their neighbourhoods and some just don't care. They also ripped out all the trees, on survived the huriccane in 1987, couldn't survive them though
