Period and conception after having implant removed?

I know it's not a being unreasonable, but posting here for traffic as I'm after something specific.
How long has it taken people to get their periods back after their implant was removed? I was on the implant and still had cycles, but my period was due 2 weeks ago (implant was removed 4 weeks ago though) and had no periods but 2 bits of spotting. And only BFN. So I was wondering what other people's experiences were on getting their cycles back.
As a side note it would be nice to know how long it took others to conceive after having it removed?
I've read lots of conflicting information but always find people's real life experiences more helpful.

I had my implant out in feb. Got a little bleed three days later then proper cycles. Been ttc ever since no luck yet.

Everyone is different, I got pregnant the day after my implant come out, but after coming off the pill it took 7 months for my periods to go back to normal.

I had mine out in August last year, had a bleed a few weeks after and then regular periods straight after. Found out I was 4 weeks pregnant on 1st December so I am due less than a year after having it taken out
