AIBU to think these lips lool awful!?

A local nail salon has started doing various cosmetic procedures and have just posted these lips on their facebook page......please tell me I'm not wrong to think these look bloody shocking! Like something off botched bodies. Surely these salons shouldn't be thinking these look good?

The picture is obviously taken straight after the procedure, they should have waited 2-3 weeks then taken it, when they wouldn't have settled in.

She's processed that photo to highlight the redness of the lips but it's also highlighted every red tone in the surrounding skin. So looks ultra spotty.

Even the lips alone look swollen and misshapen. Pity the fool who clicks that link to book an appointment.
