Bloody neighbours!

Was sat in my garden on a nice sunny day. Next door was having a bit of a bbq and drinks then I hear a pop and blue ticker tape and massive confetti has covered my garden from over the fence.

I go around and ask nicely if they would clear it up and I get lots of abuse...WIBU?

Bag it all up and throw it back over. I've done that a few times with the kids next doors unwanted lunch after their parents gave me verbal and refused to discipline them.
