To hate car buying

I know nothing about cars. I'm convinced I'll buy a dud car.

Does anyone have any words of wisdom or reassurance?

No horror stories please.

Id be amazed if that was the mileage on a car that age, would anything smaller and therefore a bit newer within budget work for you?

2k too expensive. You could get a 2010 Astra for that price.

I sold a 51 plate last year, same model. It had 136k on the clock, which is more realistic for the age! I got £600 for it. I think there’s definitely something suspicious about this one.

I've heard Ford and Vauxhall are good options. Avoiding Peugeot and Citroen.
