AIBU to want this washer dryer

The one with three simple dials that let me choose length of wash (increments of 10 min), temperature of wash (increments of 10 degrees), spin type (happy with slow, med, fast) and drying time (increments of 15 min)?
At present I do most of my washes on a jeans wash - wtf is that and why is it needed- because it’s the only wash under an hour at 30 degrees. My machine has 10 different wash programmes, most of which I don’t use (I do use the 90 deg one for tea towels and the 60 deg one for towels, but they both require me to sacrifice a whole morning because the cycles are so long - but a special wash for curtains?) So AIBU?

Washer dryers are generally rubbish OP, get separates if at all possible.

My previous one was really good which was why when it eventually packed up I replaced it with the upgraded model which is crap. I’ve had two previous good ones but they were less complicated - so this is the first rubbish on I’ve had, and it’s all down to programme design...
