I'm talking ignoring conversations, avoiding people, and keeping myself to myself when this usually isn't in my character at all. Had some fairly bad news about baby at an appointment on Friday and it's my first day back at work since (annual leave yesterday). I am struggling with work, can't concentrate, won't know what the prognosis is for a while yet. Dreading being asked 'what's wrong' in case I burst in to tears. How do I get through today? And the next day, and the next day...
