Health issues and bridesmaid fitting

My best friend is getting married five weeks from now, her mother is making the bridesmaid dresses and when I was asked for a day i could do a fitting, i suggested this Wednesday.

My working life is complicated at present. I'm a nanny working three days a week with one family, but two families i had worked for previously needed my help due to extreme circumstances so i work with them most weeks as well. on top of this all of my work is in the city; i live in the countryside, its an hour and 45 mins commute and i stay with the families i work with during the week. sometimes ill be away from home for a 7 day stretch, and i am rarely home for more than three days at a time.

To top all this off, i have a lot of weddings to attend this year. this weekend was a cousin's, in three weeks my brother is getting married and two weeks after that is best friends. i have some issues with chronic illness that require medication and a lot more rest than I'm currently getting.

Last night, after leaving the wedding and going to look after one set of kids for the night then going to another to mind another set early this morning, i felt a very strange pressure on my chest. it was a bit like having an expanding balloon inside my chest cavity, it was sore but more uncomfortable than anything. it has me a bit concerned, and although i have to work until Tuesday i could go home that night and catch up on my rest. getting the dress fitted means I'd have to stay over until wednesday, probably wouldn't get home until late evening and would have to travel back up thursday ecening for work again.

would i be unreasonable to try and reschedule this close to the wedding?

Sounds very complicated and stressful. Just get it over and done with , then you can relax and focus on working. Maybe you need to learn to turn work down to give yourself a break.
