AIBU? AI? AI?
Dd's school is having a film week and today's the day for the 'parade'. I walk Dd all the way to school as the most beautiful Snow White only to find she is one of three. Well THEY haven't got the headband or the handbag, so they're not REAL Snow Whites are they. I am half minded to go and protest.
AND to cap it all, I planned to attend the parade this afternoon in full Cinderella regalia. But the TA in Reception has jumped in first. And she is a slim blonde. I am not.
I know I am being unreasonable. I am. I am. But I feel better now.
Going to sort out my Shrek costume now.

I've been and changed the beds now. Feel much more relaxed after some pillow thumping.
No, I shall stick with Shrek - I have the natural shape (or feel like it today).
I suppose this is the first 'summery' school commitment and I know it's the first in a very hectic couple of months so perhaps that's why I'm fed up.
After the hols it will be nonstop, stuff for school fetes, which stall are you volunteering to run, school trips, sports days, charity days, bring your gran to school day, leaver's assembly, family barbeque-in-the-playground day and mine are at schools at different ends of the borough! Don't know why I'm complaining, I do it every year.
And I get to run the bouncy castle at two school fetes. I'm such a rebel, sometimes I let them have six minutes instead of 5 for their 50p. And sometimes I let them stay on until they're sick.
