too ill for spa day

Tomorrow I'm meant to be going to a lovely spa. However I have a high fever, fast pulse and body aches. Am absolutely gutted as the cancellation period is 48 hours. .. I was fine yesterday morning! Don't know what to do 😦

See how you are in the morning before you make a decision- it may have disappeared. I had a similar thing last week.
Can you give it to someone if you aren't well enough?

ALteenate paracetomal and ibuprofen 2 hourly and take some man up juice 😉

Wahhh. .. I don't want to man up. Getting out of bed for a wee is a challenge. Feel like poop 💩

Yeah tomorrow you might feel a bit better, besides how much energy do you need to lie on a lounger, get a massage or facial? A good steam room session will make you feel a whole lot better too.

I wouldn't go if you feel like you do today. Heat and virus's don't go and you may end up fainting. A fast pulse is your body trying to cool itself down. Hopefully y3ou all be better tomorrow though

I'd look up treatments, there might be something cooling.

Don’t go. I went for a massage with a minor cold, it made it 10 times worse. I later found out you are not supposed to have a massage when you have a cold because it can increase your symptoms.

Tell the spa you have something contagious and ask to rearrange.

The spa have been very kind and rearranged!! So relieved 😊
