To not drink the milk?

Bought a single pint just now, walked back home, boiled the kettle .... opened the milk and the cover was stuck to the lid

I mean you have to pick the sides off to get the cover up so I feel it’s been tampered with? Confused

(I’m not a paranoid person I promise Grin)

If it smells fine I would consume it myself, but I wouldn't give it to my children. Makes no sense I agree, but there it is.

That'll just be some stickiness from the factory particularly if a few drops of milk got in the lid. It's super sticky! Give your DP a brew first and if he's okay then make yours

I’ve had this happen a few times also. Think they must have a machine which heat seals them on but probably puts the lids on when the cover is still ‘hot’ if that makes sense, and they’ve been fused together.

If it's in date & smells fine it'll be OK. You'll know instantly if milk is off.
