We ordered a new mattress

Was supposed to be delivered today between 8am and 1pm

Phoned them at 2pm after no-show and was told we would be called back

Phoned again at 3.30pm and told they would chase their shipping agents

Phoned again at 4.35pm and told we would definately be called back

Still nothing, and now no answer at company - obvioulsy a "its 5pm im going home" type person

I HATE WAITING IN ALL DAY ON A NICE SUNNY DAY TO BE MESSED ABOUT!

I hate it - I really do. We could have done so much with the girls today, but oh no, they were relegated ot the back garden.

I will be straight on the phone at 9am tomorrow kicking off - especially as i was really looking forward to a decent nights sleep!

I dont want to gloat, but i had to call UPS today to collect something, they were here within 45 mins!!! VERY impressed! I have to say i used to use Tesco delivery and they were always on time! Argos however, give yourself at least 3days of waiting in!!
