What does it mean when someone says Biscuit for you?????

It's a biscuit. kind of a shut up & go away & eat a biscuit msg to be given one.

It derives from Gordon Brown who did a webchat and refused to answer an innocuous question viz "what is your favourite biscuit?"

It's a sort of 'no comment' comment.
