I need to complete this form. I can edit the pdf for all sections apart from the last part of section 2 (page 3 - Give a short description of what happened ...).

Is there a way to make this page editable?

I don't know what you mean. I already have a saved version of the form that I've edited so far, I just can't type in that particular section for some reason.
