I just wanted to ask what the rule is on using kids electric ride on car on pavements or the park. Is it allowed or illegal?
DD age 4 would like one as her friend has one but we don't have much space for her to use it. So thought we could take her to the park or ride on the path outside our house but wanted to check first.
