I can find statements for every other fckin thing we own... bank statement for the account I need* it for - gone. Completely off the planet.

More p*ssed off because its my own bloody fault for losing everything I touch.

Will the bank charge me for requesting duplicates?

Don't know about the charge, but I do sympathise ENORMOUSLY. There is a black hole in my house which sucks in documents the moment I need them. Want to sell the cot? Can't find the instructions. Need to figure out why the computer is broken? Can't find the instructions, but ooh, here are the cot instructions (cot sold six months ago). Want to give burglar alarm technician details to people down the road so they can get the bloody thing FIXED? Can't find his business card, but here are the computer instructions (computer fixed, as you can see).

Every bloody time. It's the same for receipts and warranties as well, although that I blame on DH who saves receipts for everything except the things that break.
