Hi all. Myself and my child's dad are separated. We have a child arrangements order in place with me having residency and him having set days for contact. Dad has recently told me hes spoken to nursery and doesn't need my approval to collect him, when I have queried this with nursery all they have said is the conversation is confidential! I am right in thinking he can't just turn up to collect him as we have a court order in place with set days? I had also asked nursery to do observations over some development concerns however dad is saying he refuses for this to happen. Where does this stand with the nursery?
