The Lavinia Woodward case really is a joke of justice.

It isn't a joke of justice. A suspended sentence is within the CPS sentencing guidelines which are published online. She also pleaded guilty which reduces the sentence by 1/3 automatically (and applies across the board).

She's pushed her luck with the appeal, but given the worst outcome from doing so is what she got, and there was a small chance of doing better, she (or her parents) decided it was worth s punt.

I don’t think that anyone with a history of violent and impulsive behaviour is an appropriate candidate for heart surgeon, to be frank.

It also puts other male victims of domestic violence off reporting, because the excuses being made for her are legion and she actually stabbed someone! Imagine if you ‘just’ got punched or kicked, nobody would believe you!!

Also agree completely @Nimes . It's a disgrace. The snobbery and injustice of the judicial system on full show. To appeal on top is just outrageous entitlement.

She should not be allowed to practice medicine as she clearly has psychiatric violence and temper issues.

I was just like 🤭people just think their so entitled these days she should of just felt lucky to not be in prison for a good few years
