HELP! Recti diastasis ... do you know anything about this?!?

Posting for traffic as so fed up. I’m 6 months PP and have reci diastasis... my tummy is huge!!! A man literally offered me his seat the other day as he thought I was pregnant 🙈.

Have you had this? What can be done? Can it be fixed?

It’s the last thing I need as a new mum 😢

I have it particularly bad... my gap between muscles is very large according to the Dr

I have this. When I’ve had number three I might look into surgery as I tried to fix it with exercise and didn’t have a load of luck.

Pilates helped me quite a lot
