What are all these 'trump continued' threads?

I look at some of them now and again and it just seems to be random links and people saying random stuff...

It started when he became president/ won the election (I forget which), reached the thread maximum quite quickly so a new one was started to continue.
Each new thread has a new title based around Trumps shenanigans of the week.
